Our 4D process

Discover
During your first scheduled conversation with us we will work through what you want to achieve, pain points, future plans and how comfortable you are with technology currently.

Define
We will come back to you after this conversation with a statement of work, quote, and an expectation of any ongoing costs as applicable.

Design
Once we receive your approval to commence (if complex) we will create an easy to understand design outlining the key concepts to provide a reference point for you after deployment.
04
Deploy
During this phase we may be in regular contact to ensure any changes made do not impact your operations. Typically we will endeavor to deploy your solution on a weekend to ensure minimal impact however if another time frame is better suited for your business, let us know.
